Lead delivery
Leads are delivered to the states and volumes agreed on your strategy call. Availability in a state is not a promise of ongoing inventory, and lead pricing can change with notice.
Exclusive leads
Leads sold as exclusive are not sold to another producer in the same state and time window. Where a lead is found to have been sold twice, it is replaced or credited.
Replacements and credits
Wrong number, disconnected, no answer after agreed attempts, out of your licensed state, duplicate, or under 18: report it inside the replacement window and it is replaced or credited.
No guarantee of sales
We do not guarantee that any lead will buy, that a policy will stay in force, or that you will hit a particular close rate. Results depend on the agent, the market, and the carrier.
Your conduct
You are responsible for holding the right licences, for carrier and state compliance, and for following TCPA and DNC rules when you contact a lead. Leads may not be resold or used for anything other than your own production.
Cancelling
There is no long-term contract. Either side can stop lead flow with notice. Anything prepaid and undelivered is credited or refunded.
